Developments & Enhancements

As natural hazards continue to impact property research and condition, HomeInfoMax has released a new Property Hazard Indicator, providing the user a signal of whether a property may be affected or within a hazard area. The latest indicator informs users of properties impacted by the destructive fires in and around Southern California, with indicators available for Los Angeles County hazard areas. It is the newest addition to Detailed and Mega Reports, designed for easy referencing. If a subject property has been identified as within a hazard area, a notification will display the type of hazard and assessed damage. Depending on the category, it quickly references the property status and can be a valuable hint.

Developments & Enhancements

Even though we have been offering recorded copies of documents registered on public grounds for over 2 decades, this time, we have progressed beyond real estate. We expanded this search capacity to virtually any document. The massive databases may include birth and death certificates, marriage licenses, divorce records, property ownership records, various filings, business licenses, etc. These documents are accessible to everyone and are not considered confidential, thus available for public inspection. Previously, they were challenging to find due to their large volume, inconsistent recordkeeping, and varying formats. Still, now we have simplified and streamlined that process with Document Finder, a specialized report available to all subscribers.

This surprisingly robust method is designed for research with any name in any recorded document. In most instances, you will find copies of certain documents that may not be retrievable via traditional means.

Developments & Enhancements

We are not saying this new Mega Report will change the world, but our latest development is incomparable to anything else in the context of property records and documents. This unique report contains virtually everything on file for a subject property. We could have referred to it as an "all-in-one report" because it indicates a comprehensive version of the property report. Now you can conveniently access broad property information organized in a single all-inclusive report.

Pricing Reduction

This is our favorite kind of announcement. Lately, justified or not, many services and goods have been overstated and inflated, and since we find such practices counterproductive, we have decided to do something about them. As a matter of policy, we strive to keep our fees competitive. But that is not always enough – based on our users’ feedback, we know that meaningful adjustments to our pricing structure will benefit everyone in these uncertain times. That is why, effective today, we dropped the cost of reports and documents on most subscription plans, with the biggest emphasis on our advanced enrollment plans. We will keep this promotional schedule for as long as economically feasible. In addition, we have eliminated the obsolete Basic Property Report and are instead offering the comprehensive Detailed Property Report for the same price. We have also added a low-cost Valuation Report and enhanced the purchasing ability for copies of various documents. We realize firsthand that affordable pricing is not the only reason for our continuous growth -- we will never compromise our customer support and will continue developing additional products and services in the months to come.
