Report Storage is an automated online process of storing records generated by a subscriber (including all property reports, documents, lists, parcel maps). This feature allows convenient and repeated anytime access to all stored items from any location by simply logging-in into an active account.
Report Storage functions automatically and is offered at no extra cost to all subscribers. The allocated online space for subscribers to Double-Deal Plan at present is set to 60 items per account, for Dozen-Deal Plan to 120 items, for Standard Monthly Plan at 300 items, and for Power User Plan at 600 items.
The allocated storage space limitation does not imply any restriction on a total number of records users may obtain. Users can continue searching and retrieving records after the storage quota has been met, however subsequently obtained new items replace the earliest generated items in the storage. To continue having newer records stored without an automated replacement of the earliest stored items, users can free up their allocated storage space by deleting unwanted items. The user-friendly interface allows personalized display of stored items and effortless maintenance by utilizing several filtering options, such as report types, retrieval dates, location criteria, and owner names.
All stored items are kept online for the duration of the plan. Stored items are deleted permanently as soon as an account is cancelled or terminated. Stored items cannot be moved or transferred from one account to another.
Regardless of the allocated storage space, users can delete any stored item that they no longer need. A deleted item, whether per users' action or due to account cancellation or expiration is non-restorable.
Report Storage is a free and complimentary experimental feature and is provided without any warranty, either expressed or implied. Even though it effectively allows access to previously obtained records, users are still encouraged to print and/or download all obtained records without an absolute reliance on this automated feature.
