Report Storage Online

Report Storage limit for Power User plans has been increased to 500 items per account. It is effective immediately and will affect not only new subscribers, but also all in-force Power User accounts. This enhancement will allow twice as many items to be stored online as before without any increase in the membership pricing.

Voluntary Liens Report
|
|
HomeInfoMax now offers direct online retrieval of Voluntary Liens records, also known as equitable liens. Voluntary Liens may contain various transaction characteristics, such as the status of secured financial interests, releases, assignments and foreclosures, as well as their corresponding recording document numbers, types and actual copies when available. Unlike property reports accessible across the country, online search and retrieval of Voluntary Liens is currently limited to about a third of the Counties nationwide.

The Last Sale, now displayed in our properly reports as “LAST MARKET SALE INFORMATION”, customarily refers to the last property sale event. In addition, HomeInfoMax now also presents the Last Owner Transfer information. This newest valuable fact is displayed as “LAST TRANSFER INFORMATION” and relates exclusively to the last ownership transaction. Statewide Search with Owner Name
|

In addition to searching with the Street Address and the Assessor’s Parcel Number, HomeInfoMax always offered searching with the current owner name; now the owner name search has been expanded to a statewide level! Prior to this the widest area for any search was limited to County and State – imagine possibilities when an entire State can be searched having only the name of the current property owner. This sort of search request will locate real properties under a specific person or entity throughout every covered County in a given State. All report types are supported under this search method. The statewide search is automatically included in all subscription plans at no extra cost.
