Double-Deal Plan Agreement  

You have selected to enroll in the Double-Deal subscription plan via our secure site. In these regulations, unless the context requires otherwise, 'user' or 'users' means the fee-paying member who has or have had a valid subscription account with HomeInfoMax.com.

  1. By enrolling in this plan, HomeInfoMax provides users with an instant 30-day access to nationwide databases by utilizing the e-mail and the password of their choosing. All enrolment information must be complete, verifiable, and factual.

  2. Two (2) Basic Reports are included in this membership.

  3. All other available types of Property Reports, as well as Parcel Maps and Document Images, can be purchased on already obtained Basic Reports as additions. Radius Search and Research & Leads programs can be utilized throughout the duration of this plan as separate products.

  4. This subscription self-expires on the 30th day of the membership, regardless of the number of obtained records, or when the 2 (two) included Basic Reports have been obtained, whichever comes first. To continue researching more properties, users can renew the same plan or upgrade to a more advanced plan. The membership fee and additional purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the uniqueness of public records, the accuracy or the availability of data cannot be guaranteed; all sales are final.

  5. Users should not rely on the accuracy or completeness of the provided information. The information, services and data provided are "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Homeinfomax.com expressly disclaims any liability to any person for loss or damage caused by errors or omissions contained as information, programmer code, or data, whether such errors or omissions result from negligence, accident or any other cause. Homeinfomax.com may, from time to time, introduce new online services. By using these services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the rules concerning these services. Homeinfomax.com reserves the right to modify or alter any parts of services rendered, including but not limited to prices, terms, conditions, provided data and so forth without any advanced notification. Noncompliance with the Plan Agreement may cause the termination of the account.

  6. At the enrollment and/or renewal, users may optionally elect to have this plan on auto-renewal. This secure billing option entitles users to a guaranteed renewal rate with an automatic rollover of stored records and unused Basic Reports into the next 30-day term, subject to a maximum 60 per account. Users on the Auto-renew option will automatically be charged the source of payment on file for the renewal of the same plan on the day of its expiration. The Auto-renew option is offered by default and can be turned OFF or ON by the user at the enrollment or at any time before the expiration date of the plan. Users can also cancel their subscription at any time, regardless of the billing status, by a written request via the "Contact Us" page submitted from the e-mail address on file.

  7. Possible switches between subscription plans, or renewals in the same plan are subject to all applicable terms and agreements.
